Helping Women Return to Their Body, Their Truth, and Their Capacity to Stay
Helping Women Return to Their Body, Their Truth, and Their Capacity to Stay
You didn’t lose yourself.
Your body learned how to survive.
You are not broken.
The patterns that once protected you may no longer reflect who you truly are.
The work isn’t fixing yourself.
It’s returning to yourself.
Helping women move beyond survival through nervous system healing, embodiment, and compassionate self-discovery.
Meet your Guide,
Marianne
Marianne Ames is an author, teacher, embodied leader, and guide devoted to helping women return to the truth of who they are.
Rooted in the foundations of somatic healing and the belief that we are not broken, but often disconnected from ourselves through the adaptations we developed to survive, her work bridges nervous system science, embodiment, yoga philosophy, and compassionate self-discovery.
Marianne helps women understand the patterns that once protected them, reconnect with their authentic selves, and remember the belonging, wisdom, and wholeness that were never theirs to earn.
Through writing, speaking, teaching, and transformational experiences, she invites women to move beyond performance, perfectionism, and survival—and into lives rooted in truth, self-trust, freedom, agency, and self-belonging.
At the heart of her work is the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been and cultivating the courage to live from that place.
When we remember who we are, we reclaim the freedom to choose how we live, love, lead, and belong.
Because healing is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about returning to yourself.
